Ordering your vegan cake for delivery? Here’s what you need to know
- Friday 1pm EST is the cutoff to receive orders the following week.
Items are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Please select a shipping date at checkout. Note that this is not the delivery date.
Expected transit time is 2-days. Please ensure you select a shipping date that allows for delivery prior to your event.
We ship within the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We are not liable for any delays or damages incurred by the courier. While we do our best to package our products carefully, we ultimately cannot account for incidents that may occur during transit.
For maximum indulgence, store your vegan cake properly
- Your cake will arrive frozen! If you aren’t serving immediately, we recommend refrigerating your cake in the cake container provided for your convenience.
For best taste, bring the cake to room temperature before serving. This may take up to 8 hours since the cake arrived frozen.
To retain moisture once cut, keep cake in an airtight container or use food wrap to store at room temperature only.
Consume within 5 days.
Freshly sliced leftovers freeze well for up to 5 months. Package in freezer-safe wrap to prevent drying and freezer burn.
