This is NOT the delivery date. We recommend selecting a ship-out date that allows enough arrival time prior to your event. Cakes are made fresh and shipped frozen in recyclable & biodegradable insulated liners.
We recommend storing the cake in the refrigerator if it is not being served immediately upon receipt. It can be refrigerated for several days before serving. For best taste, bring cake to room temperature before serving, this can take up to 8 hours. To prevent cake layers from drying out once cut, store the cake in an airtight container. Sliced leftovers packaged in freezer-safe wrap freeze well for up to 4-5 months. Consume within 5 days.
